We take great care in crafting and packaging each candle, but if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears faulty, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it. You can reach us through the Contact Us page on our website or by emailing info@seldemerco.ca — we’ll be happy to make it right.
We’re always committed to ensuring you love your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, we may ask for a few details or photos to help us process a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
As each candle is hand-poured to order, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind — but we truly appreciate your understanding and support of our small batch process.
